My experience was great! Tom provided all information about his service and price to my email after several hours after my request (some inspectors never emailed me back). He professionally completed the inspection on scheduled morning, left everything clean and provided the inspection report later the same day. We've got some professional advices. I Highly recommend Bobcat Home inspector for your home pre-dry wall inspection. I strongly believe that he is awesome. I did not know what to look for myself, but he got my family back. He is very detailed oriented and find things that may need to be adjusted for your future home. The cost of his service was reasonable and he valued First responders includes active Military members.
