We recently had our roof inspected by Tom Kanaporis for insurance purposes, and I'm happy we did. He got to work immediately checking the roof and attic, and explained everything to my son in great detail, and everything passed inspection. His report was very thorough and honest, and he sent it online the same evening. He was very quick and efficient, and I couldn't believe the inspection was done as soon as it was. I was stressed over this, and my stress was relieved upon seeing the details of the report. I highly recommend Bobcat if you want an honest, accurate, reliable and prompt report and experience.
