Tom was a great inspector, very punctual professional and super knowledgeable about the whole process. Was able to chat with him understand things and when something that I needed to know, he stopped what he was doing and explained what was happening. His reporting is super user friendly to read. Images and local laws are in the report to better understand why and what is needed. I recommend anyone to use him. I had a great experience!!
