Tom did a great service for us. Super professional and thorough. He did great communicating what he was checking and why. Tom did a fantastic job. He has great attention to detail. He inspected a condo for me and I expected it to be a 30 minute inspection. He was very thorough and spent an hour and a half making sure everything was documented, all while ensuring I knew what he was looking at and asking if I had any questions.
